Meanwhile Sport Minister Faizer Musthafa said SLADA officials are very dedicated to promote and their vision is to prevent Andi dopoing from the sports. Minister himself already ordered to get anti doping tests from all athletes who are represent Sri Lanka for the overseas tours, I knew the doping test is normally very expensive and we could not get tests from all athletes. So normally random system apply for this tests and if we have any drought athlete we can apply this test to him and clear before the International meets like Asia, Commonwealth Games, Olympics. I think both sport and law very important .Thats why we have to go everywhere in the country to give knowledge about anti doping .
SLADA has to do and their authority every one realized. Anti doping is very familier with the games like Cricket, Athletics, Weight Lifting and Rugby . We have to more concern about that and always players have to get knowledge about anti doping pointed out Sport Minister Faizer Musthafa. Today very sad to note that anti doping, match fixing , pitch fixing incidents can here all over the world and very disappointed Sri Lanka also among that list . Anyway if anyone involve this type of incidents we have to give punishments to save the sports.
