Paris Games 2018: Lanka Lions win all group matches

The Lanka Lions, led by Sudharshana Muthuthanthri, won all three of their matches at the Paris Games 2018 in France yesterday.

The Lanka Lions beat the Leopards Sevens 41-0, Club HEC 25-0 and Ocean’s Sevens 33-12 in their group encounters. There are eight teams from five different countries taking part in two groups. Sri Lanka qualified for the semi-final encounter against Ocean’s Sevens while in the other group Bagnuux will meet the Leopards Sevens. (SJ)
