Cricket sources confirm that a triangular battle has been created for the forthcoming election for the post of President of Sri Lanka Cricket.
A rivalry has been created between the Thilanka Sumathipala faction and the Ranatunga faction with the current chairman of Sri Lanka Cricket, Shammi Silva.
The election for the office bearers of Sri Lanka Cricket should be held before the 31st of May and accordingly the date of the election will be announced next week.
