Mahesh Theekshana and Dhananjaya Lakshan’s bowling helped the Northern Warriors to an eight – wicket victory over the Delhi Bulls in the final of the T10 Cricket Tournament.
Chasing the target of 82 runs, the Northerners chased down their target with ease, losing just two wickets in 8.2 overs.
The Northern Warriors won the toss and elected to bowl first. The Delhi Bulls were bowled out for 81 in their allotted 10 overs.
Mahesh Theekshana took 3 wickets for 14 runs at the end of 2 overs giving the Warriors the advantage of the match. Dhananjaya Lakshan took 2 wickets for 14 runs.
