Rain played a spoilsport on the fifth and final day as the first India-England Test in Nottingham ended in a draw. Persistent rain ensured that not a single ball was bowled on the last day as umpires at 8:30 pm IST decided to call off the game. The second Test of the five-match series will now be played at The Lord’s from August 12.
