Sri Lanka Cricket has decided to award a prize money to Dinesh Priyantha and Samitha Dulan, the athletes who won medals at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics.
Posting a note on its official Facebook account, Sri Lanka Cricket confirmed that the two players were congratulated and that a prize money would be awarded to evaluate their performance.
According to media reports, the Ministry of Sports is also preparing to award a cash prize in recognition of the talents of the two athletes.
