Star Indian middle-order batsman, Suryakumar Yadav, and of India’s integral member of the bowling unit in T20Is, Deepak Chahar, has been ruled out of the upcoming T20I series against Sri Lanka.
As per media reports, both these players have suffered injuries right on the brink of the inception of the T20I series and hence, they won’t be available for the entire series.
The Indian team is coming fresh from 3-0 series wins in ODIs and T20Is against West Indies. They will be led by Rohit Sharma. The 1st T20 between Indian and Sri Lanka commences tomorrow.
