DC got off to a decent start after opting to bat first and post 144/9 in 20 overs. Manish Pandey, Axar Patel, and Mitchell Marsh scored 34,34, and 25 respectively for DC. Washington Sundar took 3 wickets for 28 balls while Washington Sundar took 2 wickets.
Chasing the target, SRH got off to a brilliant start-up but lost track in the middle overs. Mayank Agarwal scored 49 runs with help of 7 fours. Final overs SRH put in a few deliveries and took the game very deep but failed to close it down falling short by 7 runs! Mukesh Kumar’s top-class bowling in the final over helped to win this game easily.
