David Warner and Glenn Maxwell, both with centuries, helped Australia win convincingly by 309 runs against the Netherlands. Australia chose to bat first and scored 399/8, with Maxwell and Warner making 106 and 104 runs, respectively. Maxwell achieved a record-breaking century in just 40 balls with 9 fours and 8 sixes, making it the fastest century in the history of the ODI World Cup. Logan van Beek was the top bowler for the Netherlands and also took four wickets. In reply, Adam Zampa took four wickets as the Netherlands only managed to score 90 runs.
