India continued their winning streak (9-0), defeating the Netherlands by 160 runs at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. IND won the toss and elected to bat first. Skipper Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill built a 100-run partnership for the first wicket. Shreyas Iyer’s unbeaten 128 runs, including 10 fours and 5 sixes, helped IND post 410/4 in 50 overs. KL Rahul scored 102 runs, and King Kohli also contributed 51 runs.
Chasing the target, NED lost their first wicket quickly, but they did a great job and posted 250 before being all-out in 47.5 overs. Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, Kuldeep Yadav, and Ravindra Jadeja took 2 wickets each. India will face off against New Zealand in the semi-finals on 15th November.
