Several officials of the International Cricket Council (ICC) have come to Sri Lanka.
A meeting between those officials and Sports Minister Mr. Harin Fernando is currently being held.
Sources said that discussions are going on here regarding the removal of the ban imposed on Sri Lanka, the transparent use of ICC funds, and the Auditor General’s report sent by the Sports Minister to the ICC.
It turned out to be a very optimistic meeting regarding cricket in Sri Lanka and as a result of the discussion, he is also scheduled to meet President Ranil Wickramasinghe this evening (10th).
