King Kohli’s brilliant 92 runs off 47 balls, including 7 fours and 6 sixes, guided Royal Challengers Bengaluru to a win by 60 runs against Punjab Kings at HPCA Stadium, Dharamsala.
After winning the toss, Punjab Kings opted to bowl first. Rajat Patidar and Cameron Green scored 55 and 46 runs, respectively, for the Royals’ innings. However, the Royals posted 241/7 in their allocated 20 overs.
In reply, Rilee Rossouw’s 62 runs were not enough to chase down the target, and Royal Challengers restricted them to 181 in 17 overs. Mohammed Siraj (3), Swapnil Singh (2), Lockie Ferguson (2), and Karn Sharma (2) took wickets for RCB.
