Good knocks by Richie Berrington and Michael Leask helped Scotland defeated Namibia by five wickets in their T20 World Cup 2024 Group B match on Friday.
Opting to bat, Namibia posted 155/9 in 20 overs with skipper Gerhard Erasmus scoring 52. For Scotland, Brad Wheal scalped three wickets. Later, Scotland chased down the target in 18.3 overs with Berrington and Leask scoring 47* and 35 runs respectively. Gerhard Erasmus also scalped two wickets for Namibia.
