Rilee Rossouw’s unbeaten 108 runs and Avishka Fernando’s half-century guided Jaffna Kings to victory by 7 wickets over Colombo Strikers.
Asked to bat first, Colombo Strikers set a challenging target of 189 for Jaffna Kings. Glenn Phillips and Angelo Perera scored 58 and 34 runs respectively for the Colombo innings. Azmatullah Omarzai and Asitha Fernando took 2 wickets each for Jaffna.
In reply, Jaffna Kings lost their first two wickets quickly but chased down the target with 9 balls to spare.
