Charith Asalanka to lead Sri Lanka 20-20 cricket

It is reported that Charith Asalanka is about to be appointed as the captain of the T20 series to be held against the world champions India.

He has also captained the Sri Lanka under-19 team and was the vice-captain of the Sri Lankan team.

The 27-year-old Asanka has played in 47 T20Is.
