The Sri Lankan football team take wings to Cambodia

The Sri Lankan football team left for Cambodia this morning for the second match to be held between Sri Lanka and Cambodia to qualify for the Asian Cup football tournament. The Sri Lankan football team led by Sujan Perera will enter the battle against Cambodia on the 10th at the Pentam Pen Olympic Stadium.

As the first match held yesterday at the Colombo Racecourse ended in a draw without any goals being scored, both teams entered the field looking for victory in the second match.

If this second match ends in a tie, the referees will take steps to grant extra time. If the two teams are equal there, the victory will be decided by penalty kicks.
