Much-anticipated 2024 Lanka T10 Super League kicks off today

The stage is set for the much-anticipated 2024 Lanka T10 Super League, which kicks off on December 11 at the scenic Pallekele International Cricket Stadium. Featuring six competitive franchises, the league promises a high-octane cricketing spectacle in a format tailor-made for thrilling encounters.

The tournament brings together a stellar lineup of players across the six teams. The Colombo Jaguars, guided by legendary Sri Lankan pacer Chaminda Vaas as head coach, will be led by Angelo Mathews. Their squad includes rising talent Matheesha Pathirana, the versatile Kamindu Mendis, Pakistan’s power-hitter Asif Ali, and England’s dynamic opener Jason Roy. The Galle Marvels, under the stewardship of experienced coach Graham Ford, will have spin maestro Maheesh Theekshana as captain.
