The Air Force athletes won the overall women’s championship in the National Judo Tournament organized by the Sri Lanka Judo Association for the 61st time.
In the tournament held at the Sri Lanka Judo Association premises, the Air Force women won 6 gold medals, 3 silver medals and 9 bronze medals, while the Air Force woman Kalpani Jayaweera became the best player by winning gold medals in the under 57 kg weight category and women’s open event.
