India Crush England By 9 Wickets to reach finals

ndia on Friday entered the U-19 Women’s T20 World Cup final after trouncing England by 9 wickets in the second semi-final in Kuala Lumpur. Chasing 114 to win, India achieved with five overs to spare, setting up a mouth-watering final with South Africa.
Earlier, Parunika Sisodia’s inspiring spell helped India restrict England to 113/8. As England opted to bat, Davina Perrin gave them a dream start in the final. They were 37/0 in the powerplay before Sisodia and Aayushi Shukla sparked an England batting collapse.

Perrin hit 45 off 40 balls before Shukla cleaned her up in the 12th over. Captain Abi Norgrove also hit 30 off 25 balls to take England closer to triple figures. For India, Sisodia and Vaishnavi Sharma claimed three wickets, while Shukla bagged a couple.
