Sumedha Ranasinghe of the Sri Lanka Army won the first place in the men’s javelin throw with a performance of 82.56 meters.
It is special that this is the world’s highest performance recorded by an international athlete in the javelin event this year. Air Force’s Rumesh Tharanga took the second place with 79.58 meters.
