The Sri Lanka School Karate Do team will leave for Bangkok, Thailand on the 21st of this month to participate in the International Karate Championship. The tournament will be held from the 22nd to the 25th of this month at the University Indoor Stadium in Bangkok
The Sri Lanka school team includes 17 male and 19 female players from 30 schools in the island. The men’s team is led by Senarath Peiris of Gampaha Bandaranaike College, while the women’s team is led by M.K.M. Gayantika of Seevbali MV , Rathnapura
