Members of the Sri Lanka Cricket Board (SLC) today (07) voted in favor of appointing a three-member committee to appoint a selection committee for the forthcoming general election.
The three-member committee was appointed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Sports Act. Mr. and Mrs. Dissanayake were appointed.
This committee, which was unanimously elected by the membership of the Sri Lanka Cricket, will be responsible for conducting the election of the office bearers of the Sri Lanka Cricket. This Extraordinary General Meeting was held in Colombo in accordance with the Health Guidelines.
