Although the Sri Lanka ODI and T20 squad for the West Indies on the 23rd of this month has not been officially announced yet, a 20-member Sri Lanka squad is due to leave the island.
Cricket sources say that several young players have been added to the squad for the West Indies tournament. Accordingly, Pathum Nissanka, Ashen Bandara, Kamidu Mendis, Ramesh Mendis and Dilshan Madushanka have been included in the 20-member Sri Lanka squad.
Dimuth Karunaratne will captain the ODI team as usual, Dasun Shanaka will lead the Twenty20 team.
