Richmond College retained the title at the Singer Cup Under-19 inter school limited overs knock-out cricket tournament when they beat St. Peter’s College by 29 runs in the final played at the Galle International Cricket Stadium yesterday.
Richmond made 201 for 9 and successfully defended the target when they bundled out the Peterites for 172.
Sandun Mendis of Richmond College was adjudged as the man of the match for a five-wicket haul.
