  1. I’m not so sure if you are the right branch of Sri Lankan Netball Association to contact.
I was recently at the Gold Coast, Australia Panpacific Netball Competition. Being of a Sri Lankan extract living in Australia I decided to support the under 45 women’s Western Province Sri Lankan netball team after spotting them. As the game that I was watching progressed I was very disappointed by your teams unsportsman like behaviour. After watching your goal defence elbow the opposing teams goal shooter thrice I left in disgust.

I’ve since heard that the team in question was getting from bad to worse and was gaining in notoriety during the week. I just wanted to say that the team I watched really did your netball association and country a disservice.

If you want to further investigate to confirm my accusation please contact the Gold Coast Netball’s Competition organiser independently. I have no links to the competition or the organisers.

A further email will be sent to your higher authority to stop the wrong people representing your beautiful country.
