The Galle Titans lead by Dasun Shanaka registered theater first victory in LPL2023 when they beat Dambulla Aura in the Super Over.
The match was evenly contested by both teams . Galle Titans took the first lease of the wicket and finished their 20 overs scoring 180 runs.
In replay Dambulla Aura managed to tie the score loosing 7 wickets taking the match to the super over.
Dambulla Aura batted first in the super over and scored 9 runs losing just one wicket. The GT see them through with one ball to spare and calming the victory
