England Women beat South Africa Women by 7 wickets

The England women’s cricket team have defeated South Africa women’s cricket team by seven wickets in this enticing Group B fixture of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 on Monday, October 7, at Sharjah. Opting to bat first, South Africa could only muster 124/6 in 20 overs led by Laura Wolvaardt’s defiant innings.

In reply, England started slowly but Danielle Wyatt-Hodge and Nat Sciver-Brunt built a match-winning partnership to steer England to victory.
