Sediqullah Atal continued his impressive run of form as his 55 helped Afghanistan A defeat Sri Lanka A by 7 wickets and clinch their maiden Emerging Teams Asia Cup title.

Sahan Arachchige pulled off a rescue act with 64 runs as he helped Sri Lanka A recover from 15/4 and post a respectable 133/7 against Afghanistan A.

Sri Lanka A won the toss and opted to bat first against Afghanistan A in the ACC Emerging Asia Cup 2024 final at the Oman Cricket Academy Ground in Al Amerat on Sunday.
