Sandul Gammanpila has been nominated to lead the Wesley School Rugby Team in the Inter-School First Division League Rugby Tournament to begin in the middle of this year.
Sandul Gammanpila, who plays at number 8, is a fourth-year player, a son of Asanka Gammanpila, who captained the school’s first-class rugby team 27 years ago.
Sandul made history as the first father-son duo to captain the Wesley First Division rugby team.
