Ace bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar has now played 300 T20 matches to become the first Indian seamer to do so. It is an achievement for the player as it portrays his experience in the shortest format of the game, where he has had an incredible career filled with accolades. The cricketer achieved the feat during the Match 29 of IPL 2025 between Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB)
The veteran cricketer has taken 315 wickets in the format at an astonishing average of 24.90. He is currently playing with the RCB in the ongoing edition. Although, he hasn’t been among a lot of wickets, the Uttar Pradesh-born has managed to stem the flow of runs from the opposition in his campaign so far.
Bhuvneshwar has always been impactful in the powerplays. He has been quite economical in the tournament’s eighteenth edition. Followed by him is Hardik Pandya, with 291 games, the star India all-rounder, who is currently leading Mumbai Indians. Even Jasprit Bumrah, among the best pacers going around right now, has played 234 matches in the 20-over format.
