CRICKET fans are set for a miserable week with rain set to wreak havoc on the Second Ashes Test.
No play is likely today at Lord’s as forecasts predict the downpour will continue well into the evening.
And despite a more positive outlook tomorrow, the forecast for rest of the week makes grim reading.
Gutted supporters were pictured optimistically arriving at the ground in the hope they could squeeze in a few overs.
But ahead of the scheduled start of play at 11am, there is no sign of any let-up.
